About who needs care: Has dementia but it has not progressed to the point where she is unaware of who people are Extremely frail she was fallen about 20 times in the past 2 months. She was in a rehab facility for two weeks after a fall . She has fallen twice since then. Needs help getting around. About the care needs: Someone who is VERY patient. Who will be able to help her get around
