About who needs care: He has heart issues. He had a stroke which affected his balance, within the week he was walking again with his cane and assistance. He has some dementia, He is stone deaf in his right ear and hard of hearing in his left. He is 97 yrs old and has always been very independent. About the care needs: He grew up in farming with horse, wagons and dirt roads. He was always very independent and self reliant.
