I desire a care provider with Stroke Rehabilitation experience. Our care concerns are: Activities of Daily Living, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Companionship. Responsibilities will include feeding, medicine administration, respiratory care. We're looking for someone to provide active companionship ss part of the rehab effort. The patient is alert, working hard to rehab, and a wonderful person. Height 5'6", weight 120#. Trach and feeding tube. Successfully progressing since August 20, 2024 and at home since Feb 8, 2025.
