Sitting With Nana

I recently have my nana full time. She has dementia and cannot be by herself. She can still walk and talk I just cannot leave her unattended. I need help during the days with someone staying with her as I am trying to get her estates sorted through and her recently deceased husbands properties sorted out & I cannot get it done with her with me. I will say she is not familiar with my home so she does always want to leave so I would suggest you have knowledge of how to divert conversations of her wanting to leave if she gets in that mood. If you have any questions feel free to ask! I am still trying to find things she's interested in, right now she likes to watch tv and eat ice, but I'm open to suggestions and will provide anything you think will help! Experience calming down dementia behaviors I do have 4 cats but they can be put up while you are there
