About the job
About who needs care: Stroke patient - needing assistance in getting to physical therapy sessions (2 each day) in Katy (Memorial Hermann TIRR Rehab). The times shown start 1 hour before his first appointment, and end 1 hour after the end of his second appointment, to allow for drive time each way. About the care needs: Need to be able to transport and lift wheelchair in and out of vehicle, and help him roll the wheelchair down and up our ramp at home (to code - not steep at all). My husband is able to move himself from the vehicle to the wheelchair and back on his own, but occasionally may need a boost. Services needed include: transportation.
