Dementia Exp Required: Companionship Needed, Elderly Mom, City Of Van, Weekdays And/or Weekends.

I am looking for additional companionship care for my mom who is 88. While she is mobile, she does need to be assisted on uneven ground and steps to help prevent chances of a fall. Severe Dementia experience required. Note: she never physically lashes out ever. She LOVES conversation. She is a quiet person in general who has a strong love for the military. I currently have one care person, but need extra help evernings & weekends. Open Hours, All or Partial Hour: Wed, Thurs, Fri - 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Sat, Sun, 12:30 - 8:30 p.m. Mon - 11:30 a.m. - 8 p.m. We are looking for someone who is Kind, Calm, Caring and Understanding. This role requires communication, interest & patience in a calm and caring fashion to someone with severe dementia. We are looking to cover all days, so if this ad is up, we are still looking & interviewing
