Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Van

I am looking for additional care for my mom who is 88. While she is mobile, she does need to be assisted on uneven ground and steps to help prevent chances of a fall. She also suffers from severe dementia, in that many times she cannot remember what day it is, has trouble reading the time. She is a quiet person in general who has a strong love for the military. I currently have one care person, but I am looking for additional assistance. We are happy to work around your schedule. We need help mostly doing the afternoon and evening, but there are occasions (Fridays) where as evening shift is a nice break for us. We are looking for someone that has experience with caring for elderly with severe dementia. Someone who is kind and understanding and knows how to communicate in a calm and caring fashion.
