About the job
Please serious applicants only. Our daughter is deaf-blind and mentally retarded. She does not walk independently but needs only limited support when walking. She is small, approximately 90 pounds and 4' 11". She is nonverbal and has behaviors. We feed her; bath, dress, and toilet her; and basically, take care of all of her basic life needs. Physically, she is not challenging but she does have behaviors. We are looking for someone to work Monday - Friday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and occasionally PRN. If you are seriously interested thank you in advance for answering the following questions: Have you provided care for a person who has difficult behaviors in the past? Can you provide references from previous caregiving employers over the past 18 months? Are you currently certified for CPR/First aid?
