Companion Care Needed For My Father In Thrall

About who needs care: Lives alone. He still gets around fairly well but is moving a lot slower. The main issue is memory-related with taking pills and getting to a doctor appts in the Round Rock area. Some light housekeeping and tidying up. I am unsure how much he will agree too, so I am optimistically cautious with my approach. I live out of state and handle all finances and help with a lot of his medical appts, meds and reminders. About the care needs: Dad has a good personality and doesn't meet a stranger. He still thinks he can do everything and doesn't need help, but he has a very hard time remembering what he is supposed to be doing. Ex: Doc appts! Services needed include: transportation.
