About who needs care: COPD, hearing deficit, uses walker. Smokes cigarettes (unless he quits again). Likes to get up early and have breakfast but struggles with laborious tasks/getting around with shortness of breath. Mostly needs help with picking up around house, changing sheets on bed, meal prep especially with eating vegetables. He still drives but would be nice if he could get help getting to and from some of his appointments. About the care needs: Patience with his hard of hearing Remind him to use his rescue inhaler when he gets short of breath. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
