Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Seguin

About who needs care: I am looking for a visiting nurse to care for my father who suffers from severe lymphedema which is now affecting his mobility. He had a heart transplant back in 2013, so there are medications he takes for that, but that condition is under control. The main struggles are with mobility and extreme swelling and fluid build-up. I am looking for a nurse to come in a few times a week to take vitals, weight, blood pressure, make sure his medicines are organized, and change his leg compression wraps. My mom is also in the house and helps with caregiving. My dad uses a walker to get around the house, and we have a wheelchair as well. About the care needs: Patient, knowledgeable, attentive, intelligent, and non-patronizing. My dad does not suffer from cognitive issues, has full mental faculties, and is very conversational. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
