Looking for care for a 77-year-old 6 foot 4 in male with advancing Parkinson's Disease. Need in house support to assist his wife with transfers, self-care and traveling to doctor's appointments or to offload his wife so that she can have a break for other tasks. Currently he is still able to walk, however, some days he requires mobility in a wheelchair or hand held assist with walking. Physical ability to lift and perform minimal to moderate assistance with transfers is required. Kind demeanor and patience is also required.
