About who needs care: Chronic Kidney disease and on Dialysis (MWF), Left sided weakness due to multiple strokes, bowel incontience, hypertension. Takes meds. Mildly confused with vascular dementia. Has a hard time carrying communication and often loses train of thought. Loves watching the news and documentaries. About the care needs: Someone who has tough skin. My father needs someone who is truly patient and able to deal with a changing behavior. My dad needs help with activities of daily living, making sure he stays safe, that he eats, takes his meds, gets to his doctor appointments and dialysis. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
