Hands-on Care, Twice A Week, Needed For My Mother In Round Rock

Seeking hands-on, non-smoker, in Round Rock for my mother in her late 80s. We would like communication with care giver, her Son is her guardian. She is showing signs of dementia and gets confused often, she can be very opinionated, explaining things to her can help. Need to know if she is taking medication. Looking for someone who can handle light housekeeping, prepare meals for a few days at a time, she is not picky eater but does have problems with some foods because of her teeth. We are working out how to get food to the house and a list of meals. We might ask you to run errands. She does not always take help willingly this is all new to her and us. A great granddaughter lives in one of the rooms of the house with her dog and cat, she works and they do not see much of each other.
