Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Richardson

I need a hands-on care provider experience for my mother in her 90s. Some help needed with bathing. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is CPR / first-aid trained.
