About the job
We need hands-on care to take care of my parents in Plano monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Looking for someone with experience with Alzheimer's Dementia and Multiple Sclerosis. My father has MS and is immobile, my mother has dementia. Daily responsibilities will include dressing, bathing, PT, assisting us taking them to appointments, administer morning meds and taking him out daily to walk daily with my father. Redirecting my mom with dementia as needed. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Must be comfortable with pets and CPR first-aid trained. Must have a current ID, social security and legal status checked through e-verify in order to comply with my father's VA benefits. They will pay for part of the hours, we will pay the rest out of pocket.
