Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Plano

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 80s. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Duties include providing companionship, prompting for assisted walking and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets.
