About the job
I am looking for a full time, live-in Caregiver for my dad with Parkinson's/Dementia. Room, board and transportation provided in addition to salary/stipend based on experience and credentials. Both parents are in the home and Mom will need very little in terms of physical help but that may increase with age; for now just emotional support, some safety monitoring and basic needs help. Our main concern is for Dad's safety and well-being throughout the day and night and all ADL's being met with care, dignity and respect. Special dietary needs are to be adhered to and well as therapies and exercise to keep him safe and well. Certifications preferred but will consider anyone with experience in care for the elderly, especially those with PD and Dementia and in aiding with end of life scenarios.
