About the job
I need senior care for my father with Dementia. I am open to breaking up this job into several people. I need someone Mon- Fri in mornings and evenings. Then 2 people for two 12our shifts on Saturday and Sunday. Our concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Bathing right now he showers you'll just need he's using soap and shampoo. Dressing (put on underwear over pants but can do himself), Heavy Lifting (this would only be needed if he falls asleep on the toilet, companionship, Transportation. light housekeeping... his dishes, laundry, sheets, bathroom. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion who doesn't mind holding his hand here and there. Duties include transportation to and from memory care Mon - Fri. He needs reminders to drink. He can eat solo, but prep breakfast during the week, 3 meals weekend.
