About the job
About who needs care: My sister is in hospice with breast/liver cancer. We believe she has a few weeks left to live. We need care when the person she is living with needs to leave the house and takes time for herself. A hospice health aide showers her 3 times a week and visiting nurse comes twice a week. About the care needs: Someone who is friendly and likes to talk. She must be willing to bring her to the toilet, help her with washing her face in the morning and changing her clothes, as well as preparing for bed during the dinner hours. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
