About who needs care: Paralyzed on the left side from a stroke. Loves listening to music, reading, and talking on the phone. Assisting with medication, prepping meals, washing clothes, bathing, light cleaning, assisting dressing, and going to the restroom. About the care needs: 1. Help transfer from bed to motorized chair. 2. Change clothes and take blood pressure daily. 3. Apply Aquaphor to legs daily and put and take off compression socks before leaving to go home 4. Help to the bathroom 5. Give bath every Mon, Wed, and Fri. 6. Help with medication monthly 7. Wash clothes and prepare diapers weekly. 8. Clean bathroom daily. 9. Mop and sweep weekly. 10. Take out trash daily Services needed include companionship, feeding, bathing/dressing, and ensuring items are placed where the client can reach them.
