About the care needs: Someone strong that can clean and bath him. Raise him up but him in a wheelchair. Give him his medications and feed him. Keep his diaper change and have clean sheets at all times. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
