Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother

We need hands-on care to take care of my mother. Mainly we need someone who can be in the home with her to do the following: - help prepare her meals (food is already cooked, you would just need to plate and warm the meals) - provide companionship - ensure she takes her medicine - help with laundry and washing any dishes - generally, be there as she moves about the house to ensure she doesn't fall Additionally, we are looking for someone who has availability on the weekends.
