Weekend Help For Senior Needed

I am looking for a kind, patient, friendly, and experienced caregiver for my 83-year-old father. He is mobile but as a cancer patient, has good days and bad days. He needs help getting dressed, showered/groomed, going to the bathroom, taking meds, and providing meals/snacks/drinks. He also needs encouragement to move around every couple of hours. He sometimes has accidents in his bed overnight so you may need to change bedding, wash clothes, and keep bathrooms and areas he uses tidy through the day. he also needs companionship. He live with us but we are in and out throughout the day. We also have two dachschunds and I need them to be walked outside in the driveway/yard for potty breaks if we are not home. I need help starting the weekend of March 1st but note that March 15/16 will be an OFF weekend (as we have help lined up already).
