Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Houston

About who needs care: 84 years old, stubborn, doesn't bathe sufficiently, continues to have UTI's which I believe are a consequence of bad hygiene. 4'2' tall, 85+ lbs. Shuffles when she walks. She is lonely and needs someone to help her with bathing, meals, household chores, etc... About the care needs: Someone with a loving personality, but firm with guidance to make sure she is taking her meds on schedule and performing personal hygiene on a daily basis. She was a schoolteacher for many years and use to be fluent in Spanish, I'm sure that would come back to her if the caregiver happened to be Spanish speaker. She doesn't have any hobbies. She watches tv non-stop out of boredom. Has hearing aids but refuses to wear them. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
