Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Houston

Seeking hands-on care near Houston for my father in his 80s. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Preferences for a caregiver who is CPR / first-aid trained and vaccinated. My father is ill with stage 4 cancer, Dementia and a list of other illnesses. My mother will be present but not capable of lifting and moving my father.
