My father is 86 and has T2 diabetes, A-Fib, and Advanced Macular. My mother is 83 and is recovering from a stroke. She can dress herself and use the restroom independently. My 54-year-old brother has an intellectual disability and epilepsy; he helps out but cannot drive. They live on a cattle ranch, and my dad and brother check the cows.
