About who needs care: I am in a wheelchair. I am paralyzed. I need toiletry and showering help. I am paralyzed, which means bowel and bladder do not work I have a foley catheter. I need 100% assistance with the program. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
