About who needs care: AM care. Patient in bed. Get patient up from bed to w/c to breakfast table. Need assistance all the time. Cant walk along, need help eating at times. Spends most of day in room in recliner. Leave room clean. About the care needs: Talkative. Try to keep patient engaged. Be able to take blood pressure.. be familiar with the Hoyer. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
