About who needs care: Stroke occurred 2021 May. doesn't have use of right side of the body. No cognitive issues alert and oriented X's 4. No indwelling urinary or bowel catheter, diaper change. Wheelchair transfer and total assist. Can feed herself, About the care needs: The patient is a prodigy pianist who still enjoys and excels at this skill with the left hand only. Enjoys reading, spending time with family, and deeply enjoys the outdoors, namely the beach as she lives on an island. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
