I need a care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Diaper change and occasional Sponge bath. Needed daily for approximately hour. Time of day flexible. Ideally person would live on island and could work . me in between current job or other persons. My wife is here with me. But the diaper change is becoming to much for her
