About who needs care: Mom has late stage dementia, Heart disease, kidney disease and Rheumatoid arthritis.. She needs skilled nursing but I will handle feeding and care giving with the exception of incontinence unless I'm trained. I want to take. Care of my mom, but I'm worried about the medical side of her medical issues. That she is being taken care of properly. About the care needs: I am your companion. I am her caregiver on most things. I'm not trained for incontinence, and I'm not trained for her medical issues. And I'm not trained for her memory issues. She doesn't want to go into a home and I don't want her to lose everything. She has by going into a home. I just don't know what the right thing to do is. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
