Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Fort Worth

About who needs care: Need help with reminding her to take her meds, cooking for my mom, and just being there in case she needs anything. She can do pretty good taking care of herself, but she does have brain damages, and she is very unstable when she walks at times. but she can do most things for herself. Overnight might be an option but I think just until she goes to bed About the care needs: she likes to watch TV a lot and she is a smoker Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
