Our 92-year-old mom needs nonsmoking caregivers who are sensitive, patient, detail-oriented, focused on her well-being in every way. Most shifts are available. We need people 24 hours but one of Mom's daughters is usually here. We're good, caring people who work alongside the caregivers, doing a lot, so you'd be on the team with us. Caregivers enjoy our mom; she's usually polite, nice, and can be amusing. (We've used ABC agency which is neglectful, so now we're hiring directly.) Mom has dementia. She's mostly in bed and needs to be changed and repositioned. She weighs about 95 pounds and sometimes gets transferred into a chair or wheelchair. Prefer someone who does transfers and will do some light housekeeping. Also, Mom has a sweet, blind, elderly dog who sometimes needs a little help, too. Let's see if we're a good fit for each other!
