Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In El Paso

About who needs care: My sister has been diagnosed with cancer. She is unable to walk or stand. I need help getting her into her wheelchair and taking her for her appointments (labs, chemo treatment & other). I can arrange transportation to pick her up and take her. However, will need someone to actually taking her to her appt and then calling transportation for ride back to her house. Currently, I am taking care of her. However, I will be undergoing surgery I will need someone to care for her during my recovery scheduled for several weeks. About the care needs: Sister is friendly and talks. She enjoys television, cooking, etc. Only specialized skills are to be able to change diaper, sit her up for meals, and then lay her back down. Note: she does have 3 dogs (family) that are with her all the time. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
