About who needs care: Patient is 27 years old. Suffers from leukoencphalapathy, ataxia, which makes him unable to walk, move or speak. He has a provider that takes care of him but we are looking for a person that will assist with transfers in the morning from bed to chair and vise versa. 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Monday thru Thursday About the care needs: A person that is hoyer lift trained. Must be able to assist with morning ADLs. English is a must, but bilingual is optional. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
