About who needs care: Survived a major stroke January 2025. Left leg and left arm are slowly recovering. Needs someone with experience to assist transferring from chairs, bed, bedside toilet chair. She is 120 lbs. Hobbies are the family's friendly free roaming cats and dogs. Exercising with stretch bands and hand weights is important. About the care needs: A person with stroke experience, strong patience, dedicated to little wins everyday towards recovery. She is not "bedridden" because she is determined to walk again and participates in physical therapy activities daily. This is not a sitter job, but shadowing and supporting efforts towards recover.
