Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Dallas

About who needs care: He has had a few strokes that have impacted his physical and mental state. He is still very independent and likes to take care of the lawn and house but is a fall risk and sometimes talks in circles or his thoughts get mixed up. He lives with my mom who is in good health but it is becoming taxing on her to keep an eye on him. He has also just given up his car and while my mom drives still she is sometimes not up for taking him around as she is also in her 80s. My mom takes him on walks and do his OT to improve his mobility and cognitive function but it is getting to be too much for her to help keep him stable if he stumbles. Having someone that can come and work with him on his OT and supervise while he does what he likes around the house (yard work etc) and takes him to run his errands would be ideal. About the care needs: Someone that enjoys gardening would be good, an Occupational therapist would be ideal, and a positive demeanor so he can feel like this is a friend here to help vs someone telling him what to do and what he can't do. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
