Some days he has very good days where he can stand and walk with his walker, go to the bathroom and shower with stand by lift assistance, able to get in the vehicle for appointments and some days he can not and needs full transfer assistance and needs to be changed and bathed in bed and fully transferred into the vehicle. He loves a simple good breakfast and snacks and a good dinner. We need someone who has skills in patient care and dementia who is trustworthy, on time, reliable who can also cook small meals, do his laundry throw the trash, wash the dishes and sweep and mop as needed. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
