About who needs care: Neurodegenerative disorder, right hand/arm paralyzed with dystonia, not safe to walk alone due to fall risk.. Socializing, making new friends, would like a Filipina who understands her culture and speaks Tagalog Early AM wake up, coffee or tea, take medication, have breakfast, get dressed for the day, go for a wheelchair assisted walk at a nearby park and senior center. Afternoon visiting, take a nap; evening dinner with family, mass and rosary, get ready for bed; will get up 2-3x a night to use the bathroom needs help walking and toileting in the bathroom. About the care needs: Warm, enjoys helping, female, speaks Tagalog, likes dogs (there are two 50lb indoor dogs), comfortable and gentle with assisting with toileting, dressing, feeding. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
