Will be necessary to prepare dinner, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Necessary to arrive by 6 p.m. and leave by 8 a.m. the following morning. About the care needs: We would prefer it be a man, but a woman is fine as well if she is strong enough to help an elderly gentleman get in and out of bed.
