About who needs care: Recent Hospital release. 1. Various Skin Infections all over the body. Bed Sores, rashes, etc. Will need assistance with changing bandages, and applying specific topical medications as well as changing patches/bandages. 2. Bladder Leakege, Overnight "accidents". Will need assistance in changing adult diapers, urine pads, & undergarments. Will also need assistance dressing for the day. 3. Bathing assistance at first with hair washing & drying, with goal to eventually graduate to shower. *Will need to take special care of the various Skin conditions" Patient is at the moment, only using gentle "wet wipes" 4. Patient is very heavy set and will need assistance to get out of bed in the morning. 5. Patient will need assistance confirming that they have taken the various oral medications that have have been prescribed to be taken at certain times during the morning. 6. Depending on recovery process, patient may need transportation service to doctor's appointments. To be determined. 7. Cleaning/Chores. Patient is unable to clean or do any household chores. Will need someone who can do laundry, sanitize/clean kitchen & bathroom. dust, take out garbage, put away groceries and such. 8. May need occasional errands ran. For example, picking up medications, checking mail, etc... About the care needs: Looking for a caregiver who is reliable and consistent. Will be able to show up on time. Caregiver must have passed a background check, and provide references that can be contacted before being hired. Caregiver MUST be a FEMALE and physically able to assist a heavy set woman get in/out of bed. Seeking a caregiver who is preferably over 30+ who is kind, caring, motivating, and has long term experience. *Patient is, at the moment, not able to cook on their own. They are diabetic and needs to follow a very healthy diet that the patient is not used to. They will need assistance to learn simple, easy, recipes they can start to learn as recovery improves* Caregiver, must be okay being interviewed prior to employment, and be okay with unexpected visits from family members. Safety cameras are also installed in dwelling. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
