About the job
My mother was released by the hospital after 21 days of stay. She is a cardiac patient with diabetes and high blood pressure. She is 87. She's feisty and funny and all there. She is not a dementia or alzheimer patient. She needs some help doing things with her daily tasks. She is also doing PT OT and Cardiac therapy outpatient so she will need some encouragement and reminders to do those things. She needs help with self care, meal prep, walking and some company. Ideal candidate is upbeat, kind, easy going. We have a large dog who is very friendly but is active . Comfort with pets is important. We may also ask for help with household tasks. No heavy cleaning.
