About who needs care: Parkinsons, Parkinsons Dementia. Light housework when they arrive, giving pills during the day, help getting her up with a sit-to-stand lift around 4:00 to take her to the toilet. Remove and clean external cather & collection container. Use lift to get her up from the toilet 1 1/2 later, clean and dress her, then clean and disinfect her room and bathroom. About the care needs: Empathetic, pleasant, reliable. Can make reasonable decisions based on circustances. Not chatty. Not on the phone./texting all day. Need to be able to use Android-base monitoring app (mostly to see when she is awake or needs help). Lives less than 1/2 hour drive-time. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
