Seeking PT Senior Care Provider For 2 Shifts A Week!

Need is for Monday and Fridays 7am-7 p.m. 24 hours. Pay is $18/hour. Reliable and trustworthy CG a must. Also, must be a team player and help with household tasks! Care Mainly comprises of ensuring she takes meds, help toileting, changing briefs, changing into pajamas and brushes teeth prior to bedtime. She has declined and needs a lot of prompting and encouragement. There have been times she has needed to be changed in bed. She does have a hospital bed that goes up and down. Client has dementia. I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Meal Preparation, Medication management is required. Some light tidying up is involved. We're looking for some help preparing meals.
