Dementia Care Companion

Seeking companion for dementia care for 79 yo female. We are open to any female / male candidate who will: * Have a positive attitude and flexibility * Coordinate effectively with staff on medication prompting * Accompany to meals/communicate w dining staff to ensure diabetic appropriate meals. * Not bring food products with sugar or flour into her line of sight * Accompany her to appropriate activities * Transport to appointments (generous mileage reimbursement available through Agency) * Provide conversation, social engagement * Use an app and timesheet to log your hours * Ensure you have a sub if you cannot make a shift * Sub for other caregivers if you are available * Communicate in English with me (the daughter) & other caregivers to coordinate coverage of duties / continuity of care by text message Thank you!
