About those that need care: My friend Carol has beginning stages of Alzheimers. Her husband may also need support as he is the primary care giver but having some memory issues. About the care needs: No specialized skills, just patience and relationship building, awareness of what it takes to get an Alzheimer's patient to bath or wash their hair. Patience and reliability as we work with 2 Seniors that are used to being very independent and capable. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
