Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Austin

About who needs care: My father has heart disease, diabetes, gout and high blood pressure. He needs help with home maintenance and basic care tasks such as general housekeeping, laundry, lifting/moving heavy items, and sometimes movement assistance when he has gout flare-ups (this can include help putting on socks, trimming toe nails, picking up things off the floor, walking, etc) About the care needs: Needs to be able to speak Chinese. My dad doesn't know much English and so Chinese speaking skills are preferred. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
