About who needs care: 15 months post recovery from stroke. Very independent, needing assistance with queueing and memory reminders for home exercises, personal projects. Assistance with more complex organizational projects. Semi-retired architect, extremely thoughtful, sense of humor. Loves to read. Some medical conditions post stroke but personally managed and need no assistance with this. About the care needs: Outgoing, talkative. He is on the quieter side, but likes to listen. -Someone who is patient, and not overly aggressive. Gentle reminders. -Someone who will treat him as an equal and not a 'patient'. -Someone who will operate as if this is an executive assistant roll. Services needed include: companionship.
