Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Atascosa

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 90s. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. Female caregivers only please. She has a small poodle that is very sweet, so she will need someone to put food and water in her bowls. My Mother is in a wheel chair, but she can stand and walk short distances. She is still mentally sharp.
